We ship via USPS within the contiguous U.S. Please allow 5 days for order processing. Standard shipping takes up to 5 days for delivery.

Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Message bigmamaspreserves@gmail.com for expedited shipping arrangements.

Local Delivery

For customers in Sacramento County, CA, local drop-off is available for $5. At checkout, select the local delivery option.

Purchase Policy

If your order arrives damaged or not in good condition, please contact us within 10 days of the shipping notification. We will replace or refund lost or damaged items. Please include a photo of the damaged product to help us process your claim quickly.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted. Refunds or replacements are only issued for damaged or lost items.

Big Mama’s Preserves is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. For lost packages, customers must file a claim directly with the carrier. Once submitted, please provide us with the claim number and relevant details.
